In Casino, Rothstein only runs one casino. The interiors were filmed inside the Riviera while the exteriors were shot in front of the Westgate, which was the Las Vegas Hilton during the events of the film. Even the casino in the movie, The Tangiers, is a fake name for the Stardust.
